About Profile Verification

The Verified Profile badge means the Simplifi team has checked identity and licence to practise based on the submitted documents.

What we check — Advocates

  • National ID card (KTP)
  • Valid Advocate Card (KTA) and Advocate Registration Number (NIA)
  • Oath Record from the High Court
  • Selfie matched against the ID card

What we check — Law Firms

  • Deed of establishment/partnership and Ministry of Law registration
  • Business Identification Number (NIB) via OSS
  • Identity of the person in charge
  • Managing partner's advocate card (KTA)

What verification does not guarantee

Verification is not a rating, certification or guarantee of service quality, competence or case outcomes. Other profile information — such as awards and track record — is provided by the firm. Simplifi does not rank advocates and does not claim any professional is superior to another.
